Jamie Colby

Colby is an anchor, National News Correspondent, and anchor at Fox News. He has been working for the company since July 2003. Colby was a reporter and anchor at CBS News, including as the fill-in anchor for CBS Up to the Minute. Also, she was as a CNN reporter. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby is an attorney who has been licensed to legally practice in New York, California, Florida and Florida and the District of Columbia. She received awards such as the Edward R.Murrow Award in 2002, for reporting on the terrorist attacks of September 11 in 2001, The Gracie Award for Investigative Reporting in 2000, and the Clarion Award for Women in Communications. Television Week named her "Rising News-Show Stars to Be Watching". Colby was also an attorney for a the private practice of law during her 10 year tenure. Colby began her legal career with a Hollywood entertainment firm that sent her to The Tonight Show. At the age of 22, Colby began her career as a reporter and host for Johnny Carson, both during the contract renewal process of NBC alongside him as well as during his divorce.
